Poor customer service

I wish there was a zero star rating. Called the Dstv call centre and spoke to Nosipho. Nosipho clearly has no soft skills or seemed to have no interest whatsoever to assist my wife to have the Dstv reconnected. She even asked "Why" when we asked to speak to a manager. Totally unprofessional compared to when we eventually spoke to the manager and it was like total opposites. It's service like this that makes me want to think if it's worth being with Dstv again
