Poor customer service

I have opted to have pricelock contract with Dstv Dstv assigned installer for me Now thi guys call me cancelling my installation today Since last week waiting doe this guys as allocates Call dstv even DM on twitter to assist but still cannot Guess what i being billed even before installation done But can't even get services huw is that so money first to them and service later This is kins of service we get from providers

This is so pathetic and wish we have alternative service peovider
