Poor Customer service

I recieved a bad customer service today 1 December from the following dstv agent Lindiwe Mnguni,Furtunate,Nonhlanhla,and Sphamandla.all I wanted was to get to know how much will be credited to my account since I downgraded to easy view but paid for compact.Nohlanhla and Sphamandla were the most rude each made me hold for 30minutes till I ran out of airtime ,bought another one called then Sphamandla made me hold again till I ran out of airtime and I know they did it deliberately because Nohlanhla was rude from the time she picked the phone ...Dstv should train their people because this is nonsense service and I'm not letting it slide
