Poor customer service

It's been a week since I have been to the DSTV accredited dealer in the Waterglen shopping centre.. I was told that my decorders was fine and that there should not be any problems and that today 25 February 2020 between 10am and 12pm that a technician would be at my house to install my new explora decoder....I have called them numerous times it's either the phone is engaged or it rings someone picks it up and then drops the call.... I am so frustrated with this people I spoke to a person with the name Lucia who keeps on telling me that the technician is on his way??? from 10am this morning its 3pm in the afternoon - No technician? no call to say what is happening? it is highly unacceptable as I am without DSTV for a whole 7 days ....
