Poor customer service
I contacted DSTV asking for an installation and to my surprise the lady who was helping me was very rude. She sounded drunk and she was impatient. She gave me incorrect numbers and she could not answer my questions. She ended up hanging the phone while I was talking to her. Her name is Sinenhlahla Ndunge. She has poor customer service.
