Poor customer service

Poor customer service Dstv has no regard for the customer, I get disconnected every second day, and I have to phone to get reconnected. They asked for POP, which I sent, and the services still get cut every two days.

The customer help team keeps telling me they have escalated the matter and that there's nothing more they can do.
