poor customer service

am very angry with multichoice i was promised they will refund me within 7 days even today am still waiting for my refund, call center lady refered me to finance department and there number is not even working, can multichoice train their staff especially with customer service they dont care they dont take anything seriuos, am waisting my resources doing follow up i have send them proof of bank account and my id as they requested when i call no one have any idea about my complain i have to explain my complain again this is very bad customer service and it seems like no one cares from multicchoice
