Poor customer service

Tried to rent movies through box office, call center agents don't know what to do, after 20 minutes on my first call with no luck and left message for the manager on duty to call me, no response, the agent referred me to the box office department which was a Jhb number but the agent who answered was sitting in Durban and she said there is no box office department!!! After trying to get my movie rented for watching on Sunday night and 45 minutes later still no luck, asked for the manager on duty and she was unable to come to the phone but the agent said that the manager will call me back tomorrow morning, let's see if that happens, not holding my breath for that!!!! Very poor service from a provider who advertises box office but can't get the basics sorted out to enable me to rent and watch movies!!! Ref number ********** 8-i113
