Poor customer service.

I am so disappointed by the service render by one of the consultant at Khayelitsha Agency branch by the name of Mvuyisi. I was there to do change ownership from my sister's to mine, so I did not have a copy of my ID and asked if can he do me one he said no they don't make copies.

I asked someone to bring me copy from home. WhiIe was in the line he made copies for other customers and when I questioned that he told me I'm not their customer so he only do for people who buys there and he even have an audacity to tell me he won't do as I ask and I there for my problem not theirs.

But my question is are they not part of the group.
