Poor customer service

I am dissatisfied with the customer service received from the DSTv agents, the chat option should make things easy for subscribers to escalate issues we experiencing with the subscription but the agents seems to have no knowledge of their system and customer service. My connections has been cancelled while I paid but after a consultant reached out after I I sent an email still it was disconnected again.
