Poor Customer Service.

Good morning.

On the 10 November I won an upgrade from Spin the Wheel Birthday prizes it was supposed to be uploaded automatically on my next paydate but still today 11Dec no upgrade has been done, I have sent numerous emails no help and I called the call centre they promise to upload the upgrade and I have to pay for it judging for my next bill amount but I won an upgrade to the total amount of value of R600 for 30 days.
