Poor customer care

Since two days ago ive been having problems signing in to Dstv now on my laptop, I tried dstv live Chat with an agent,tried whatsapp chat but I could not get any assistance, I called their call centre no *** three times,the last time I spoke with a woman called Zikhona,she put me on hold for almost 12 minutes and then hung up, my problem has not been resolved.
