**** poor customer care.

<p>I have an active multichoice account . I have contacted Multichioce numerous times asking to remove my name off Trans Union for an arrears amount from 2014.</p> <p>I finally got through to the right department on the 07/10/2016 it has been two whole months with no response and my name still not cleared. In this day and age we require a clean credit record so we can apply for finance and I am unable to do so. They were very quick to list my arrears back in 2014 without any communication I might add , but have done nothing to rectify the issue since. </p> <p>I asked for my minimum requirements to be met and requested a letter to say my account is active and up to date while my name is being cleared but they couldnt even do that. </p>
