poor costomer service

I’m very disappointed with DSTV/Multichoice service and their useless customer care, I had issues with my explorer decoder which I took to festival mall DSTV Agency and they were not able to fix it or replace it, they told me the only place to replace it is in Randburg which is 42 Km from where I stay, I then call their customer care to at least get a closer place to get my explorer replaced or fixed but I was told the same thing to drive for 42 Km to get a decoder fixed or replaced this did not sit well with me and this is useless to pay for their insurance if you still need to drive 84 Km to claim for it. I than had no choice but to drive to Randburg as my family need to watch the TV, I requested to speak to the supervisor and explain this situation which she (Thulile Nkosi) did not take it seriously and with a bad attitude, and I’m still waiting for a remote which she promise to courier it two weeks ago.
