Poor Communication / Refund Policy

I have been waiting for a R11000 refund from Multichoice since 6 June 2015. Knowing that a refund will take between 4 and 40 days, I have no idea why?? i have jumped through all their hoops in supplying the necessary documentation(Bank statements, confirmation of banking details, Certified copies of ID). Not once have i been told there is a problem with my documentation. So all was in order i presumed.<br> I even got a phone call to send the information again to a different person this time (Mable Tshikan). This was the 5th time i had done so, every time to a different person. So there is no communication between departments or sharing of the relevant information.<br> What irks me the most about this organisation is that you cannot speak to anyone other than a call centre agent who actually knows nothing about refunds and will not connect you to the refunds department so you can followup on your queries. So all i had was an email address to Mable Tshikan who has to date not responded to me regarding the query i mailed her. I can only presume that this employee is holding a position that she is not fit to hold and most probably should be retrained or reallocated to a different department.
