Poor communication

I had a contract with dstv 2 years ago and it ended on the 28th of Feb 2022, I never received a call or any communication as to from March what is package or what should I choose... Nothing 😠 and all of a sudden I owe them R700 with no explanation... I called them this morning and I was told that R50 for re connection R409 for subscription R105 for catch up and R192 that the lady didn't know what it for... We are being over charged Unecessary with no explanation on what we want 😠😠 dstv is good at calling us to pay for samething they repeat this is a ****🤞😠😠
