poor communication and undermining customer

on 12/02/2015 Thursday 09:08, I S Sindelo phoned multichoice to change my premium date from 16 to last day of every month, today 18/02/2015 my service was disconected, when I phoned to find out, I was told to pay R127.33 + reconection fee, I told the lady that I was not told to pay any money when I called to change. She said regardless who do I think must pay for remaining days,I am not working for DStv I can not be expected to know how their charges are calculated. I requested to speak to her senior,she went away and came back later,telling me that I can now pay R117.49,without reconection fee.I requested her name and the Reference no. for the call,she dropped the phone. I can not be held liable to pay the money I was not told about and my DStv is now disconected whilst I communicated to pay at the end of the month.They can even listen to the recordings to hear if such payment was communicated.Today's call was at 08:55
