Poor communication and service.

Service is bad and no communication and follow up. It is difficult to get hold of them. They don't answer calls and their live chat and whatsapp communication or portal is very bad. They say that it takes 3 minutes to reply however they replay 30 minutes later by just closing the chat. I believe that as a loyal customer we should have priority. They decrease their prices but don't decrease for their loyal customers. DSTV is all about money. They have contact details, the least that they can so is call to follow up. Poor communication and service. They are quick to increase and debit but slow and ******** to decrease and credit.
