Poor communication

I am very disappointed with the treatment I am receiving from DSTV on the 17th I paid R1000 by mistake. I requested refund and forwarded the required documents after 7 days I followed up only to find that the are outstanding documents but no one bothered to inform me about. Since then I spoke to +\- 15 agents all of them claiming to help but I am still without my money.
