Poor client service
On the 8 APRIL got a sales call for a explora ultra decoder for price lock duration 24mths was to be delivered on the 1 May till today have not received anything everytime I call we can't transfer you we will escalate the query THIS IS BAD SERVICE NO UPDATE NOTHING WHEN YOU SELL TO YOUR CLIENTS YOU MUST DELIVER WHAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS, I FEEL LIKE I'M IN NURSERY SCHOOL.... SO DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE
