It's been three months now that I make an EFT payment for my Dstv 2 or 3 days before month. My Dstv gets cut-off around the 5th of every month. My bans assures me that the funds are transferred within 24 hours. How on earth is.it that Multichoice doesn't receive these funds after 6-7 days! Then I'm taken from pillar to.posr. The servi ce centre at Chatsworth is useless. They are alwayas offline or they won't accept my bank statement showing transfer of money, they want a letter from the bank stating that funds have been transfered. Who incurs costs for that? The customer of course. As I'm writing this, I've been cut-off yet payment was made on the 27th Jan 2018. Customer service is very poor I must say.

It is with regret that we learn of the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced with our service. Please accept our sincerest apologies in this regard.
Please note that a bank statement only is not sufficient proof as it contains very limited information
Ideally a valid slip, or EFT payment notification on a bank letter head, or receipt showing the amount, date and reference given would suffice as a proper proof of payment. This will enable us to trace and allocate the payment.
If payment is not reflecting on the account, the system will disconnect.
Kindly attach the proof of payment and send an email to *** . For further assistance send an email to ***.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
