POOR BAD DSTV SERCICE

This is the third time iam writing a review. Iam honestly disappointed in multichoice, such a big company who cannot resolve issues. From May when i app**** for price lock plan. I though writing a review here on Helo peter on its own would help. From the 3 reviews written still no positive feed back. No call to update me, no apology nothing i was called only once after the first review still no responce. This is devastating, draining and also heart breaking. Can Dstv explain to me why till today my price plan lock is not installed. POOR BAD SERVICE
