Poor Attitude towards customers.

The attitude you get from the staff at the Vangate Mall Branch, you can clearly see there is no manager on site or the manager clearly can't handle the staff. Don't know how to speak to the customers and also shout at the customers. Multichoice Urgently need to train there staff on customer service!
