Poor assistance after charged incorrectly.

Was charged for a service I cancelled. When contacting them on whatsapp the customer care rep didn't even bother typing full sentences. I gave up and phoned in.

After all i now need to provide bank statements, etc. to get a refund. Very pathetic company.
