Poor and pathetic service

Very poor service by Mila at chat agent assistance and mark made me pay more than the monthly payments, and activated my dstv compact with out any agreement so sad and dissapointed on the way i received treatment from dstv and now i will be looking for better options elsewhere than this pathetic service acc no 7*** i dont wish for any south african to recieve this pathetic service
