POOR AND PATHETIC
Today is the 10th of July and i am still waiting on my 400gb data to be loaded. It was supposed to be loaded on the 1st of July. every single day i call your call center but nothing is happening all they do is Escalate the matter. I spoke to Ngobile and she send me a mail to to say that she has escalated for my data to be loaded. that was on Friday the 7th today is the 10th and I am still waiting. All the agents i speak to give different stories. THE SERVICES YOU GIVE IS VERY POOR AND A PERSON PAY ALOT OF MONEY FOR THE PATHETIC SERVICES THAT YOU GUYS GIVE.
