Poor and low skilled service from Mutichoice

Such bad experienced received for the agents of Multichoice, to name a few [Lesego,felicity,Nqobile] I called in 6 times with no help and my calls kept cutting yet no one called me back even after requesting for a call back. I have not watched my dstv for a full day because of Error E48 on certain channels even after rebooting and disconnecting the white cord from the decoder, I was later told to do a scanning on the satellite settings, after doing that most of the channels we removed from my package and I was told by an agent that they wont be able to assist. Is that how you conduct you business??? I'm very disappointed at the poor level of service yet I pay my account a month in advance.
