poor and disgusting service

I called multichoice just now and was put through to a consultant who is not saying anything to me but busy chatting with her colleagues and laughing at the back about their personal life. I mean we pay a lot for these services but all we get is **** service. what is the point of having consultants to assist if they cannot but laugh while we want them to service us. this is so uncalled for and very disappointing. please hire people who respect their clients not who come to work to chat with colleagues and laugh all day while we are connected to them. I wish I knew her name I was going to write it here. I used my work number if its possible to track and trace who did all this. the number is *** and I was holding for 9-10 minutes while she and other colleagues were playing. I'm so disgusted really.
