poor and disgusting customer service

I spoke to Anele Shange and she was very rude and unprofessional while we we re busy talking she placed me on hold without any good reason she did not even tell me that she will be placing me on hold and i was on hold for 10minutes and decided to drop the call and called again so what she she did is called call avoidance i also work for a call centre called takelot i know call avoidance is gross misconduct she needs to be dealt with accordingly
