Poor administration

How absolutely pathetic the service (admin dept?). Receive sms on the 28th of Jan on payment due, made payment on the 29th of Jan - on the 4th of February no service - suspended... Took me 7 emails and half an hour on the phone before the 3rd operator could find proof of payment emails and reconnect the service. Who is now paying for my time to do their job and money spend on phone?
