Poor admin

I cancelled my DSTv subscribtion in Dec 2021 and had no outstanding balance. My bank account was debited end of Jan 2022 and I had costs from my bank to reverse the debit order. End of Feb 2022 this happened again and the amount was doubled. I requested that the money be paid back right away but this did not happen. I have to wait up to a week for them to rectify their mistake? I will never consider a subscribtion with DSTv again.
