Poor Accounting

I had a query regarding my subscription that was disconnected and my internet contract that was cancelled without my consent. This took place while I was being billed every month.

There is an agent who attempted to assist by reconnecting the dstv subscription.He got stuck with the DStv internet because the outstanding balance on my account could not be cleared/credited. I don't think that my query has been resolved because there is no new arrangement in terms of payment. I'm honestly just waiting to be disconnected again.
