Poor account resolution.
I have been trying to get my DSTV account corrected for over 2 weeks. A Family package was added to my account incorrectly. Despite getting the package removed, I am now being charged cancelation fees relating to this package. Trying to use their Chat option is useless, as it loops with same info and there is no resolution. Calling the call centre results in promises that never get fulfilled, and feedback never happens. Still no resolution.
