poor account management
When I deactivated my account in January, allowing sufficient time for the service provider to disconnect my account for the month of February and forward. I was told that if I wanted to reconnect all I had to do was go to the dstv self service website and I could reconnect at any time and I was told that my account was deactivated however my account was debited in February when it was not supposed to (10/02/2015) the debit came up as unpaid as I had stopped the debits when I disconnected. I reconnected my account end of February or early March and made a payment to dstv of R 399 the day after I had requested the reconnection and this served as the monthly subscription fee at this point I was not informed of a pro rata amount, which multichoice now claims to two months after I've reactivated my account. I really need clarity on what has been happening on my account because I cannot seem to get an answer from their rude consultants. I refuse to pay for things I have no clarity on. A week ago I was told I would be refunded after an excess amount was debited from my account, today I was told that there was a fault on my account then a hour after I'm told that I need to pay #confused
