POOOR POOOOR PATHETIC ARROGANT SERVICES

LIVE CHAT ON *** NOMTHANDAZO I am writing today to let you know about the poor service I received from your LIVE Chat agent name Nomthandazo who refused to let me chat to supervise via the live chat and said they not available, and they not allowed to call the supervise and while speaking with her she ended the chat. i asked her surname she refused to provide me with her surname and said its not allowed and yet I could not speak to supervise hence she decide to end the chat while talking to her cause i told her i want to rate her services did not even ask if there's anything else she can assist with. what a poor poor and pathetic service from Nomthandazo. i rate her O% for *********, rude, and bad energy for the image of the company. I still did not get help for what i called for she said she would escalate my account still she did not provide me with escalation number. Kindly call me on *** so that i cant rate her nicely.
