POOOOOR SERVICE - DSTV NOW

I am so fed-up with dstv, I make use of my brothers account kn dstv now, since yesterday ( 22 July ) there was a error,they keep on telling me that it waa sorted and this morning it have the sam error and now they tell me that payment is due,bit the 24th is only tomorrow. I phoned my dad and got his credentials and it gave the sam error and dstv on messanger tell me they cant deal with 2 accounts.

I live stream and got me a OV HD wanted to pay my account but they couldn't even assist me when I asked to downgradd me... really dstv we as q country are already suffering & are losing our jobs bit still you dont even go the extra mile for your clients. POOOOOOOOR SERVICE AS ALWAYS

My family can view it on the tv and its only payable by 25 July, my dads 1 also give the same error.
