Pool service from Dstv
It all started with a request to downgrade from premium and ended up with a cancellation of subscription, after more than 15years on premium. Very disappointed with treatment!!!

21 Jan 2022, 19:09I was told I have to pay R280 to downgrade and when I called again after few minutes I was told a different amount of R350 is needed in oder for me to downgrade!!!! Which I ended up asking for a unsubscribe and still I was told I have to pay R350 which I don't know where it came from since I always pay my account via EFT and it always shows how much I need to pay
