Pls refund me what is due to me.

I called in to ask about the refund process (R1550 meant to sent to my mom, I mistakenly paid it to my father's DSTV account) every time i call in to follow up on my request, i get told new process to follow and new form/requirements i need to complete. I have explained to them what happened and also provided POP of the said transactions. I dont think i will ever get this money until we go to courts.

There is no escalation point, no understanding of the urgency, no symphathy at all. this is money i send home every month for them to survive
