Pls Help ***6 !!

Good day , I don't want to complain just need some assistance, I have 2 decoders, 1 is a very older oder version(1132), the smart card on the older decoder is unable to connect with the satellite, I tried clearing the error via what's app, was on hold for 10 minutes then I ran out of air time, what do I do ? I already paid for both subscriptions, ***6
