PLEASE UPDATE MY INTERNET WIFI NOW!!!!

I have just had the worst experience with this agent : Alungile Ngejana on the DSTV webchat . I have been having issues with my Wifi and I paid for my full DSTV subscription more than requesting. When speaking with this Agent ; they informed me that I owe R3; and was not able to give clarity to the amount outstanding. Before payment, they promised me that if I make full payment, they would update my Wifi IMMEDIATELY, their promise. " Okay so now What I have see you only left with R3 to pay then your Internet will be loaded 🙏 Immediately" I proceeded to make payment of the internet, and now Alungile Ngejana says that my internet will only be available 3-5 hours after payment received. It has been over 3 hours now and I am still waiting for the Wifi to be updated. And agent : Alungile Njena is no where to be able to assist. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE service for a subscription I paid always on time, and have never had issues.
