Please train Olunje she is clueless

It's so annoying to have the decoder mul****ion than you get an agent that is completely clueless with inadequate information. OLUNJE MNYEBELEZA just waisted 30 minutes of my time and my night . My decoder says hard drive full or ******* . Told her I've rebooted twice still same problem. She made me scan al programs and sign out of my dstv app how do al that hello with the error after 20 minutes of being patient with her than she dropped the call..

Please retrain her in what she does.. yet the second agent could not hear him clear but in under 5 minutes he told me in this case should go to the dstv centre.
