Please show integrity and respect to a customer of nearly thirty years DSTV!!
I have tried numerous times to communicate with DSTV regarding a locked monthly premium to be paid. I have sent emails. I have sent WhatsApp messages to the DSTV WhatsApp number. There is no option, and although I wrote my application down, no help whatsoever. I have even phoned the number the DSTV WhatsApp gave me, but to no avail. The same App message mentioned I can apply for a call, but once again, I got an answer that the line does not exist. All I need is a call from DSTV. Please show integrity and respect to a customer of nearly thirty years.
