I pay my subscription annually, so have no outstanding amount.<br> I am due to pay by the 1st January 2016, but can't get an account out of Multichoice. They keep sending statements showing that I owe 1c. <br> Please people. I know that I don't owe anything, but I pay in advance for a year, January to December.<br> Just please tell me how much I need to pay for 2016 - in a proper account.<br> I have been given different figures online, and in an e-mail.<br> I have an Explora, and a Compact bouquet. How difficult can it be for you to send me an account for 2016???<br> Also, thanks for removing Animal Planet from my bouquet, and not letting me know. Now my Explora keeps trying to record programs that it can't access.
