Please resolve and refund my Daughter

My Daughter bought a DSTV Decoder 2021 @ Pep in February and activated it for her flat, Multichoice called few day later offering her price lock and decoder installation, she took the offer, Ref No. 5KZWP2 was sent to her phone for installer verification, she kept getting massages to confirm installation date but till today she has not received that decoder, instead DSTV has been cutting off her services and ask her to pay for the price lock and decoder she did not receive since 2021 Feb, call center did not help, she decided to visit Multichoice Durban in January 2022 she spoke to a person called Gcina , after paying so much money for nothing, and Vasmarrt Trust cc was authorized to collect huge amount from her. she explained to Gcina her story, Gcina activated her Service for R399, so way forward Gcina said she has opend a case to investigate what happend to the decoder that got missing last year and why is my daughter been not assisted in resolving the issue since last year. Month later now back to squire one, her dstv services are cut and she has been asked to pay R2900 instead of them paying her back that amount. i'm not sure what to do for my daughter anymore, she has spent money calling call center, traveling to Durban still no help, from the bottom of my heart i'm very very disappointed, but i need this to be resolved.
