Please remove me from your database and stop calling me

Please teach your outbound consultants/agents some respect. I just got a call from Lerato selling me a router and I kindly told her I already have wifi and not in need of a router and to also remove me from their database and stop calling me (not the first time asking them the same yet they still continue to call me) and initially it seems she misunderstood me as she asked if I was saying they must remove me from dstv. When I was now asking her again, now speaking slower, she dropped the call. That is so rude considering that she is the one who called and I am not even being rude to her. Respect will take people far
