Please refund us our money

Hello my name is Disebo Motumi. Can Hello Peter please help us, on 25/02/2025 my husband mistakenly send R7 000 to MultiChoice account. He did phone the head office of multichoice, sent several emails, went to MultiChoice branch in Klerksdorp North West, they sent email to head office of MultiChoice requesting a refund. Until today we have not got our refund. Please help us so that we could get our money back.
