PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!

After numerous attempts I am still awaiting the promised call that someone will contact me to check why after i changed to Price Lock i was debited R1 519.08 for April and another R854.00 in May when i am on a Compact package. PLEASE can someone sort this out and REFUND MY MONEY!
