Please keep to your promises

On 6 February 2019 I received an email stating that if I pay my premium subscription for 3 months I will be getting my 4th month subscription free. On 8 March I received an email showing that I have paid my first month of the 3. On 2 April I received an email again showing that I have paid my first 2 months of the 3 months. Now we are in May and the third payment was made and DSTV is dead quiet about getting my fourth month free at the end of May. I have enquired and received a message stating that R904 is due at the end of May. So what happened to your promise DSTV? Getting loyal people that pay their account every month excited and then you do this?
