Please help sort out billing

I paid annually for Dstv which ends at the end of February 2015. I sent an sms to get the explora special for R799. I made it very clear to the lady when she called me I only want the special from 1 March as I paid for February. She said that is not a problem sign up and it will be done, you will recieve a decoder and only start paying from 28 March. Now I have some charges on my account for this month and also my explora has not been delivered. Please can you help.
