Please help me sort out my dstv price lock account ***0

Kindly note that am querying regarding my prize lock account

On the 29/08 my account was disconnected as they say it was a technical problem as I have a debit order of R618 monthly of which they debited 3 month before but last month they didn't debit

I query about and made a follw up on the 2/09 where I spoke to Adrian filander a supervisor in the call center n give me a ref number ***0-c1 and said he have sent a query to the price lock department

3 weeks later they haven't given me any feedback as I was promised that they debit the amount and the is any problem they will call me or sent me an email This morning I was disconnected without any respond and when I call their call Centre they tell that they don't deal with price lock queries and when I ask for supervisor they say they are in a meet

No one can explain why my account was not debited and why they say I owe them R755 where else my debit order is R618 monthly including insurance My name is Given Gamede my dstv account ref nr ***0 and the case number is ***0-C1
